Northern Virginia meets AI proposals

Fairfax County is the heart of government contracting in the United States. Thousands of contractors, from solo consultants to Fortune 500 companies, call it home. When the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority reached out to visit our office, it signaled something important: local government is paying attention to how AI tools are reshaping the contracting ecosystem.

The visit was exploratory. Their team wanted to understand how AI-driven proposal tools work, who benefits, and what it means for the contractor community in their region.

What we demonstrated

We showed them the full contrl workflow: upload an RFP, upload a PowerPoint template, and watch the AI analyze both documents, build a win theme, and generate a complete first draft. The response from their team was that this type of tool could significantly lower the barrier for small businesses trying to compete for federal contracts.
